Belarusian National Technical University is one of the oldest higher educational institutes of Belarus. The university is based on Polytechnic College educational tradition which was founded in 1920. The university is the leader in scientific education. The academic staff includes famous scientists and other academic people as well. The academic staff talents provide the university with the possibility of making researches on bio-engineering, industry economy, civil engineering, control activities, ecology and international standardization. Nowadays nearly 28.000 students are taking education in the university in different academic programs.
