Every traveler who wants to stay in Belarus for 5 days or longer should arrange address registration. If your stay is no longer than 5 days you shouldn’t make a registration. Registration costs 10 dollar for a 30 day long trip. For longer trips it cost 31 dollar. Also travel insurance is obligatory for every trp. Visitors can apply for registration in Ovir center (International Organization for Migration). If visitor does not apply for registration he or she will be fined 140 dollar. Officials in the hotel you stayed in will take care of registration procedures themselves. A visitor who rents a house or a flat should contact their house owners.
Ovir centers do not work on Sunday and Monday so Sunday and Monday do not included in 5 day.
